1 in 25 schools here has an issue in the government’s record
about the Coimbatore average (1 in 18)
Every school here is on this list for one reason: its own UDISE+ 2024-25 return shows no working girls’ toilet. The rest of its record is listed beside it.
| School | What its record shows | Teachers | Children |
|---|---|---|---|
| GHSS ATTAKATTI Classes 6–12 | no girls’ toilet, no accessible toilet, nowhere to wash hands | 12 | 57 |
| GOVERNMENT HIGH SCHOOL CINCHONA Classes 6–10 | no girls’ toilet, no accessible toilet, nowhere to wash hands | 7 | 38 |
| GOVERNMENT HIGH SCHOOL WATER FALLS EAST Classes 6–10 | no girls’ toilet, no accessible toilet, nowhere to wash hands | 4 | 58 |
| GOVERNMENT HIGHER SECONDARY SCHOOL SHOLAYAR DAM Classes 6–12 | no girls’ toilet, no accessible toilet, nowhere to wash hands | 13 | 145 |
The government’s own UDISE+ 2024-25 record lists more than a missing toilet at these 4 schools. Every school counted below is one of those 4, not the rest of Valparai.
